Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is important to me. Below I explain which data is processed when visiting this website and for what purpose. The basis is the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG); where applicable, the European GDPR is taken into account.

2. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the details you enter are transmitted: name, email address, the selected concern and your optional message. I use this data solely to answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment.

Please do not send me any sensitive health data via the form. For anything personal, we are better off speaking directly by phone or in person.

This website is hosted by Elevate Page in Switzerland. Your enquiry is stored there and forwarded to me by email. Your form data is not transmitted to third-party providers abroad, but processed exclusively on Swiss servers. The legal basis is your consent given by submitting the form.

To protect against spam, your browser solves a small computing task from this website’s server when you submit the form. No third-party services such as Google are involved and no cookies are set.

3. Data from your treatment

If treatment takes place, I record what is necessary for working with you: your concern, the course of the session and what we agreed. I write these session notes by hand on paper. I do not store treatment data digitally – there is no file and no cloud for it.

What you tell me stays with me. I do not pass anything on to third parties – not to doctors, nor to specialists in my network. If a referral makes sense, I discuss it with you beforehand; information is only shared with your explicit consent.

Before the first session you receive this information again as a form to sign – so that you have it in writing what happens with your data.

4. Fonts

The font «DM Sans» used here is stored directly on this website’s server and loaded from there – there is no connection to Google Fonts. The map on the contact page is likewise an image of our own, not an embedded map service. No data is therefore transmitted to third parties when you view the pages.

5. Server logs

When you access the website, the hosting provider (Elevate Page, Switzerland) automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser type. This data serves the secure operation of the website and is not merged with other data.

6. Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics tools. For simple visitor statistics, page views are counted anonymously: the page viewed, the referring page, the screen width and the browser language. IP addresses are not stored; a visit is only recognised for one day via a key that cannot be reversed. This information does not allow any conclusions about you and is not passed on to third parties.

7. Retention

I retain enquiries submitted via the contact form for as long as necessary to process them, but no longer than twelve months.

For treatment records a retention period of 20 years applies. I have to keep your session notes for that long, even if you no longer come to me – after that I destroy them.

8. Changes

I may adapt this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this page is the applicable one.
