The science of movement —
thought holistically
Kinesiology comes from the Greek word for ‘study of movement’. As a holistic, complementary therapy method, it brings body, mind and biochemistry – such as hormone balance – into equilibrium.
It combines techniques and knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), chiropractic, pedagogy and psychology. It is applied through conversation and bodywork.
Kinesiology assumes that the solution to an imbalance and the potential for change are usually to be found within you. The collaboration is therefore strongly person-centred and solution-oriented.

Do you feel stressed, exhausted
or out of balance?
Kinesiology supports you in recognising stress patterns and getting your energy flowing again – gently, collaboratively and tailored to you.
